Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator in Trussville, AL. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and will possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Accounting. This candidate will work (Part time) Hours: 7:30am - 4:30PM Wed - Fri This is a contract-to-hire position with our client.
- Route phone calls to appropriate party.
- Process purchase orders so that expenses are properly accrued/deferred.
- Load and reconcile per diem and approved expenses for field operations.
- Handle new hire drug testing program and maintain files.
- Start all new hire paperwork and background checks. Once all paperwork is collected and complete give to Office Manager to process.
- Process employee change forms (address changes, bank account changes, etc.).
- Code and send all AP paperwork. Receive goods in MAS if needed.
- Maintain AP accruals and deferrals for month end closing.
- Assist Office Manager in AR collections.
- Process training class payments, reservations, etc., as well as commitment letters.
- Book motels for field operations. Set up direct bill whenever possible – work closely with Operations Manager on this.
- Book flights, rental cars, travel arrangements, etc. through our corporate agency.
- Order and keep all office supplies stocked.
- Order and keep letterhead, business cards and field reports stocked.
