Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent for a growing wholesale flooring company located in Jacksonville, FL.

This is a contract to hire, full-time opportunity as a Customer Service Representative.

As a fast pace company, this position is not your typical Customer Service Representative environment. We are looking for a high energetic professional with excellent multitasking skills. We are looking for a high energetic professional with excellent multitasking skills.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4: PM, and Saturdays from 8: AM to 1: PM

Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 PM. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment using Quickbooks.

Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and in person.

Help customers navigate our website (and in the future placing orders online).

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability, to our customers, following the company policies.

Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs.

Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.

Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.

Suggest relevant information about other products and services.

Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Maintains customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments correctly.

Recommends potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual is a plus, English is a must.

2+ year customer service experience preferred.

Available for 4 weeks of training, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM.

BENEFITS

Basic salary starts at $12.00 per hour

Complete insurance coverage – medical, and dental, after 90 days.

Paid time off – up to 16 days in your 3rd year.

Retirement plan after the 1st year.

Qualifications

High school degree

Must be legally able to work in the US

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
