HELP DESK TEAM LEAD 

Great opportunity for someone with 5+ yrs of Systems Admin/Network Admin level technical work interested in running a successful help desk team to serve a large varied customer base that requires proactive resolution in customer facing issues. The ideal candidate enjoys the player/coach role, and is highly technical with managerial and leadership components to offer.
