Diversified Sourcing Solutions  is looking for dynamic people to join an amazing company

The telesales representative position is responsible for making cold calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross-organizational sales goals.

Essential Functions

  1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.

  2. Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.

  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet.

  4. Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.

  5. Produce activity reports.

  6. Attend tradeshows and conferences.

  7. Work with affiliate sales to cross-generate leads.

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00pm and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status.



High school diploma.

  1. Minimum of 6 months of telesales/outbound calling experience.

  2. Building material familiarity is a plus.
