Job Description

Answer phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, inputs customer data into company’s system. Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customers information, and managing assignments. Ability to overcome complex and frustrating situations by planning your activities such that you’re able to complete all projects and goals according to your priorities as well as within the available time limit.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual, English-Spanish. Must have impeccable phone and communication skills. Computer literate with experience in Word and Excel with ability to learn additional programs as needed. Fast and accurate typing skills. Quick learner, organized, motivated, enthusiast, reliable and confident. Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments and projects when requested. Must be able to work independently and be self-sufficient.
