Client Bilingual On-Site Supervisor

In support of our continued growth, DSS is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support one of our largest production and distribution clients. As the On Site Supervisor, you will act as an extension of the client's HR and Operations team assisting in all recruiting, selection, onboarding, scheduling and employee relations based our client's production needs and expectations.  He or she will report to the On-Site Manager while maintaining a team of on-site specialists. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining regular communication with key external client and end users to provide tailored service and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

  • Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with our client partner

  • Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and requirements.

  • Participate in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications screenings and references.

  • Interviewing, hiring, retaining and termination of temporary associates.

  • Counseling employees to ensure their success.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.

  • Manage timekeeping, missed punches, and payroll entry with client approvals.

  • Remain informed and knowledgeable of client’s business needs

  • Ensure sufficient candidate flow to meet all customer requirements

  • Conduct successful orientations and quality checks with new hires


  • Bilingual, and proficient, in both the Spanish and English languages with excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work a schedule that will impact a 1st shift and 2nd shift production environment with a strong focus on 2nd shift

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced working environment

  • Administrative skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize customized applicant tracking systems. (Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs and Sheets a HUGE Plus)

  • Knowledge of full recruitment life-cycle and various attraction and selection techniques.

  • Must be able to multi-task, conduct interviews, perform heavy recruiting, and manage client relationships.

  • Must perform well in a fast paced environment with emphasis on time management and quick response time.

  • Must possess strong project management, leadership skills, and have excellent HR and Recruiting experience.

  • Exceptional people and customer service skills (you must love working with people!) with the ability to prioritize, multi task and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Customer and Employee relations located within the customer facility.
