Job Description


*Position does require evening and weekend hours 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm / Saturday 9-6pm (on call)
$12-$13. Must be fluent reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish.
This position involves answering incoming calls and resolving customer complaints. Must have excellent speaking and problem solving skills in order to bring resolution in all situations.

High school diploma. Associate degree desired. Fluent in English and Spanish
One to two years retail customer service experience.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).

Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
