Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for a bilingual (English/Spanish) billing clerk for a lighting distributor in Miami Gardens, FL 

 

Pay: $16.50/HR

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Using their software to enter orders in the system once they have been checked

  • Responsible for billing as pick tickets come in from the warehouse

  • Billing gets done daily and must be done by 5 PM

  • Assist with answering the phone, transferring calls, and manning the reception area

  • Get mail out when needed, some light filing work, and other miscellaneous duties

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Must be accurate, detail oriented, and have good typing skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish 

  • Prior experience in a similar position
