Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to generate new business in the personal care packaging market in the US.


Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with a proven background selling packaging products to the cosmetics and personal care industries.


Though some existing business will be passed on to the new person to account manage, the emphasis of this role will be to generate new customer sales.


We are open to considering ambitious, hungry candidates from other sales backgrounds, but they will be expected to show the ability to have a positive impact on our business in a relatively short period of time.

? To hit the ground running with a proven sales background
? A confident new business hunter with a proven track record of retaining, growing and winning new business
? A self-starter who is versatile and flexible to new situations
? He/she has to develop and present relevant business proposals to high level clients
? He/she has to meet and maintain relations with key clients
? Ability to adapt to innovation and the introduction of new products to develop new business
opportunities
? Able to work under pressure to high standards and expectations to meet tight deadlines
? Able to communicate effectively at all levels
? Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
? He/she should have an excellent level of technical and selling knowledge in all areas of the personal care packaging business and the cosmetics industry


Education and Qualifications


College degree preferred with a background in headquarter sales and personal care industry experience is preferred.
