CNC Machinist / CNC Lathe Machinist

$15 - $35 an hour

We are currently seeking a Highly Experienced CNC Machinist to operate a medium to large size 4-axis Lathe with live tooling. Applicants with experience operating a 3-axis mill would be ideal for this position. The work would be consistently with a wide variety of steel and some aluminum as well as a variety of tolerances from +/- .005 to +/- .0002. Most work is custom “job shop” with an occasional run of very small quantity. Creating and editing programs at the controls is a must! Applicants must have a good supply of their own tools. Machinist would be responsible for machining materials to customer’s specifications via a provided program. We require all applicants to take a Machinist Aptitude and Math test. Programming experience in solid models is a plus but not required. We offer an excellent benefit package as well as other incentives.

We are always interested in hiring high quality CNC machinist who can program and operate both Fanuc and Mazatrol. Experience with both lathes and mills is preferred.
 We have an opening for a full time, experienced truck driver for local deliveries. Must be able to drive a manual transmission, handle a truck rated for 26,000 GVW, and occasionally pull a trailer.  



Machinist Applicant must be able to read, work from, and produce finished parts from engineered drawings and blue prints, hand sketches and/or verbal instructions.

Machinist Applicant must be able to set-up, plan, perform all machining sequences on a variety of machines and tools.

Machinist Applicant must be able to produce close tolerance and precision work which meets specifications and once finished; passes extensive quality inspection.

Machinist Applicant must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings, operating and maintenance instructions.

Machinist Applicant must be able to perform quality inspection of manufactured parts.

Machinist Applicant must have own machinist tools including but not limited to micrometers, calipers, rules, scales and indicators.

The normal day shift hours are 7:00 - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, however applicant must be willing to work overtime as needed
