Job Description

Credit Department $12.00 Must have Call center experience

Hours: Mon-Thur 9am to 8pm or Tues-Fri 9am to 8pm. (must be able to work either schedule as needed).

** MINIMUM of 2 years administrative, billing, customer service and/or collections.

** STRONG analytical & problem solving skills REQUIRED.

  • Providing support nationally to stores, customers, dealers, and other company departments by
  • Providing information on customer accounts, credit granting, bankruptcy, billing, and any litigation matters. 
  • Researching and evaluating requests for customer adjustments.
  • Flagging problem accounts.
