Customer Service Rep.
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for a bilingual Customer Service Rep in the Doral area for a medical device provider.
Pay: $15/hr +
Hours: Full time (Monday- Friday)
Logging and processing orders received by mail, telephone, fax, email on a timely basis.
Review and edit orders received for content, description, quantity, price, ship date, payment terms, etc.
Verify the product is in stock, and inform the customer of availability. If not, request if partial shipments are acceptable.
Inform customers of needed PO adjustments or revisions such as unit/total prices, planned ship date, anticipation of delays and any additional information.
Send customers the Distributor Application Forms no’s. SC60042 ( English) or SC60043 (Spanish) to create new customers in the system (Tiny Term).
Request credit references from customers.
Send a response letter from Management to Customer as to the outcome/resolution of terms, i.e. credit terms approved, under further review, declined, etc.
Prepare order acknowledgements, Pick Slips, Delivery Slips, invoices and shipping documents, such as bill of lading, commercial Invoices, packing lists, airway bills, certificates of origin or other records.
Confer with Warehouse staff to expedite orders or with common carrier personnel to trace missing or delayed shipments.
Confer with Warehouse of shipping methods; container loads, loose boxes, etc.
Post sales in a timely fashion and process credit card transactions.
Distribute customer statements at the end of the month, and as needed.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
