Job Description

Hiring a Customer Service Rep in Miramar, FL for a medical supply company that will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Pay: $15/hr - $17/hr
Hours: Full time (Monday - Friday) 

Responsibilities:

  • Process & confirm orders received by phone, fax, email and other methods.
  • Provide information on products such as pricing, status of orders, and any changes or delays.
  • Submit new customer account forms.
  • Receive and document customer complaints and assist in resolving them.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer and software skills with ease in comprehending new software as needed.
