Job Description
Hiring a Customer Service Rep in Miramar, FL for a medical supply company that will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Pay: $15/hr - $17/hr
Hours: Full time (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
Process & confirm orders received by phone, fax, email and other methods.
Provide information on products such as pricing, status of orders, and any changes or delays.
Submit new customer account forms.
Receive and document customer complaints and assist in resolving them.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Proficient in computer and software skills with ease in comprehending new software as needed.
