Job Description

                        CUSTOMER SERVICE / PROBLEM RESOULTION       Must have CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE                  

$12.00 hr to start

Must have EXCELLENT computer skills and STRONG analytical & problem solving skills.

  • Resolving customer complaints to the satisfaction of both customer & store.  
  • Complaints are received in the form of telephone, letters, and emails, and in person.
  • Must be able to respond to all letters received from the BBB and Consumer Affairs regarding customer complaints.

Your schedule will fall between the hours of

MON-FRI 9am to 7pm and SAT 9am to 6pm
