Customer Service Representative


Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a professional Customer Service Representative with terrific people skills for a position in Houston. The ideal candidate will be an entry level customer service representative who will work in the technical service department who's able to pick up the phone and gather information of the customer. This is a contract to hire position and the hours Full Time Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.  Must be willing to work until 7:30pm if needed on rare occasion.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Must be very high energy and engaging over the phone, plus professional through emails and all communication (verbal and written)

  • Respect for professional environment

  • Quality Assurance / Audit review skills

  • Outbound Calls 85% / Inbound Calls 15%. 

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

  • 1 years experience working in a Call Center

  • Proficient with Excel

  • Experience utilizing a CRM system and a multi-line phone.

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • All candidates must be willing to complete and pass with at least a 70% score on the Excel Assessment. 

  • Must hit weekly goal # of Outbound calls per week.


Compensation of the Customer Service Representative

  • $12.00 an hour
