In-Game Customer Service
Calling All GAMERS!!!!
We have a North Austin Client looking for support staff for a variety of different gaming titles. The ideal person will have a good concept of gaming knowledge as it pertains to console gaming and PC Gaming alike.
If chosen for this role you may be supporting anything from an RPG, FPS, MMO or Sport Title.
This work is project based but those who excel in their metrics and attendance have the opportunity of longevity with this opportunity.
Although we do not have any openings at the present moment that could change at any given time and we like to be proactive and show those attention who get onboard with our hiring process sooner than later.
Here’s the specs…
Client is looking for people who are flexible to work any shift assigned as they are open for operation 365/24/7
Must have good written communication skills as the majority of the support is given via email
Previous experience with customer service in some capacity is a PLUS
Have a good knowledge of different gaming experience and titles
Show the ability of having a good technical aptitude in order to retain training for troubleshooting practices
Initial Pay is $11 an hour with a possible review 45 days post the conclusion of training
This is at this given time but subject to change, a remote WFH opportunity and only available for those that are residents of Texas.
Must own a good working PC and/or laptop and also have a strong bandwidth of internet and a WebCam
