Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for an Operations Assistant in the Miami area. This company provides Logistics for customers such as MTV, ESPN, Discovery Channel for Antennas, Decoders, Satellites etc.

Salary: 35K to 40K

Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday.

Bilingual is a must, good English, Spanish. 

Logistics Knowledge, LATAM

The Customer Service Representative role manage shipments ensuring effective customer service, accurate shipment processing, timely deliveries and troubleshooting errors. Control and manage Inventory level and accuracy. Full report responsibility including incoming shipment physical inspection.

Note: Part of the tasks related to reporting will be done from the warehouse taking pictures and filling out the report for the customer.

As Inventory Analyst
? Monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely. 
? Manage all aspects of inventory control and accuracy of inventories by customer.
? Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions. Work with key personnel to effectively suggest process improvements to operational procedures to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy. 
? Monitor warehouse transfers for accuracy and cost effectiveness. 
? Report incoming stocks and stocks levels to the customer.
? Get familiarized with item management from different customers.
? Cargo Inspection and Reporting through Photos and Items to customer on each incoming shipment.

As Customer Service & Ops representative:
? Manages order timeline and expectations (from sail date until customer delivery) to ensure delivery expectations are met.
? Acts as liaison between customer and the internal departments of the organization as needed
? Serves as single point of contact over day to day operations with the customer
? Process the order and requirements of the Customer in the system
? Communicates all delivery updates/issues
? Fill shipment Coordination

? 4 – 5 years’ experience in logistics and freight forwarding needed
? Word and WMS systems, proficient with excel
? SAP business one knowledge is a plus
? Bilingual Spanish - English
? Computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated and dependable
? Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential
? Excellent communication and organizational skills are also a must
? Attention to detail, problem solving and multitasking
? Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
