Diversified Sourcing Solutions is searching for a dynamic Staffing Consultant that is looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the Austin ,TX area. This is an internal position providing opportunity for financial success and internal growth within the organization. We are looking for an experienced individual who can find new prospects and close a business deal without being afraid of recruiting for their own placements. Looking for fast pace? Multitasking? Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies organizations and individuals in appointed territory in person and via phone to identify new leads          and new business with a willingness to be in the field up to 50% of the time.
  • Contacting potential clients/leads via email or phone to establish rapport and set-up meetings
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating via phone, email, or in person
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn prospects into increased business
  • Identify decision makers within potential new clients and current client organizations
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences
  • Ensure all data is accurately entered into CRM or sales management system
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
  • Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Achieve own sales targets/metrics and lead team to achieve team target goals
  • Maintain excellent client relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Recruit to fill positions for the new clients; obtain candidates using job boards, social media, and or other resources
